JustPark refuse to refund my booking

Hi,
I have booked a parking space through JustPark, but the parking space was not privately owned. It was part of a shared car park. My car has been keyed while being parked here(2 weeks). I've contacted JustPark to ask for a refund on the basis that the person who listed out the parking space had no right to do so, but they have refused to refund.
I somehow feel like I've been cheated heaving paid £80 for a place where I could have parked for free and my car is damaged as well(cost to repair is about £280).
Does anyone have any advice on what I can do?

A free car park? Shared with whom?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They keep a space occupied with their car to make sure they have a space available when you show up to park. Then they move their car in whatever other space they find.
My point is they had no right to list this space on JustPark because it doesn't belong to them and it's not a fixed space every time. Probably the reason my car was keyed is because people noticed it wasn't moved for 2 weeks and assumed I parked there for free.
I don't think it's legal to sell parking in a place like this as it's not their own private space to sell.

Do a charge back. I did from this shower of a company over a year ago and never had any comeback.2

Thanks, I paid with a debit card, but I gave it a try anyway through their dispute system. Fingers crossed it works1

Next time do a virtual look round the streets and don't even seek out a car park. If the streets were unrestricted you should have just left your car there.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
