My daughter ordered a phone from Music Magpie 2 months ago which has never arrived, it has been redirected by Royal Mail over 12 times. She has contacted Music Magpie and Klarna to try and resolve this situation. She has since purchased another phone and is trying to cancel her order with Music Magpie which has not been possible as the phone has been in transit.
Klarna have taken a payment of £150 and Music Magpie have started an investigation into Royal Mail. when my daughter contacted Music Magpie they messaged to say the claim is open and she has to wait until the investigation is completed until it can be resolved.
She has been in touch with Klarna who have advised that they have to wait for Music Magpie to complete their investigation before they can refund her payment of £150. She is very concerned that they will take another payment, she has tried but cannot cancel the direct debit payments.
Can anyone offer any helpful advice?

What do you mean “redirected by Royal Mail”?
Regarding direct debits - they can be easily cancelled by calling your bank.0 -

I mean Royal Mail have been sending the parcel to different sorting offices. Thank you for your helpful comments0

Sadly, this is quite common with Royal Mail. Things do a merry dance all over the country before either disappearing or turning up.
I would suggest a formal complaint to Music Magpie in writing.0
