Hi
I followed the newbie to reply to a dcblegal letter of claim and I responded to them via their online response form
After completing the first response form I clicked submit and that took me straight to an 8 step financial declaration form which I simply closed the browser as there was no button to skip this stage
I have no confirmation if my response has been submitted to dcblegal or not and I haven't received any confirmation email what should I do just wait now confident that my response has been submitted?

No that's normal2

Nobody uses their online response form though. We recommend just emailing them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok so today I received an email from dcblegal with attached photo evidence of the eurocarpparks parking from (from Oct 2021 btw) stating I stayed 2hrs 4min in total which is 34 minutes longer than the maximum and therefore I have 30 days to pay £1700
-
Yeah - but of course you don't.
Over in 2025. Nothing to pay. This will all end with a template court claim like all the rest (read a few ECP threads right now) with yet another DCB Legal discontinuance.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have just received a text message from a regular mobile number stating the following:-If you pay your PCN before October 16, 2024, you will be given a discount of £70, and overdue payment will result in a penalty of up to 200 percent, or your vehicle will be seized. Please deal with it in time.Weblink here but I won't post thisThank you again for your cooperation.
Does anybody know best advice on how to proceed from here?

Have you read the DCB Legal discontinuations thread yet?
It's currently on the first page of the thread index list - easy to find.
The first post on that thread has a lot of good information.3 -
Wait for the court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL to arrive in the post
Ignore text messages, ignore phone calls, paperwork and email only2
