Quick update...today I received an email from xxx@dcblegal.co.uk stating their intent to proceed with the claim against me and they also attached a copy of the claimants questionnaire.

As advised in the template thread I will just 'file it' and wait for my own Directions Questionnaire from the CNBC.

I have Just received a letter through the post titled 'Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track'. It also has the N180 Questionnaire form attached and a deadline of 30 Dec to complete and return it.
I'll go through the newbies thread again and follow the next bits of advice for this stage

I strongly suggest that you change your thread title to something like

    ECP DCB Legal court claim

    Or another suitable title

Then study the 12 steps in the defence template thread

Today I received a letter from DCBlegal asking to help the court in achieving it's overriding objectives by contacting DCBLegal to discuss a potential settlement offer with them.

Needless to say I will ignore this letter 🤣

Received the Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track letter today with the court hearing  date and time. It also states that the claimant (ECP) must pay the court fee in just under 3 weeks time or the claim will be struck out.

Fingers crossed I am nearing the end!!

I will have another read up on the forums and newbie thread over the weekend and post any last minute questions I may have.
