Hanley Economic BS login problem

I'm trying to login since this morning, both by app and on-line don't work.  On-line comes up as an error and nothing shows on app. I've attempted to phone them but gave up after 30 minutes in queue. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem or is it just me?

    The ticker at the top of the home page states that both online and app are currently unavailable.

    Has anyone actually received their interest from Hanley in their nominated account though?  Was supposed to be on 31 August but still haven't received it.  Would have expected to get it yesterday at the latest.

    Received mine into my Branch Saver. Haven’t asked for it to go to a nominated account as it’s a closed issue account, so I can withdraw it later but I can’t add to it.

    As the 31st fell on a weekend then it's possible the payment may not have been instigated until yesterday (Monday) and, as online payments out of their accounts 'usually reach the payee’s account on on the same Working Day, or no later than the next Working Day', then I would expect you'll receive it by the end of today at the latest.

    Had the same email, and having just checked again, still nothing in my nominated account - we'll see what the end of today brings...

    EDIT: Just Checked (19:45), and payment has finally arrived.
