As title, a buyer of a mobile phone sent Tracked 48 with Signature told RM to deliver to his local PO for collection.

The RM tracking number shows it was signed for at HIGHROADWELL POST.

If the buyer starts messing about, will Ebay accept this as proof of delivery?

If that was the address that was given in the order by eBay then yes it will be fine.

The buyer used the RM website to setup the redirect after I supplied the RM tracking number.
