Buyer told RM to deliver to local PO, will Ebay still accept proof of delivery?

As title, a buyer of a mobile phone sent Tracked 48 with Signature told RM to deliver to his local PO for collection.
The RM tracking number shows it was signed for at HIGHROADWELL POST.
If the buyer starts messing about, will Ebay accept this as proof of delivery?

The buyer used the RM website to setup the redirect after I supplied the RM tracking number.0
