I received a Parking Charge from Group Nexus
for being 3 minutes late leaving the B&Q car park.I have ignored it but have now received another request for £170.I don’t own the car ( my husband does )but I was driving it.
Do I have to pay this extortionate amount or can I just ignore it.Karen.0 -

No you don't have to pay it, not unless a judge in civil court says so1
