- Tickets are valid for 2 adults and 2 children ONLY.

- Tickets are for standard admission entry only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

- Tickets cannot be used for entry into selected Colchester Zoo special events, including but not limited to, Trail of Terror, The Santa Experience or Enchanted Trail of Light.

- Tickets are valid for 3 months from issue date.

- Tickets will be issued to the winner via email.

- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

- Competition is open to UK residents only, over the age of 18 years old.

- The ticket prize has no monetary value and will be invalidated if found to be resold.

- Tickets cannot be extended under any circumstances and will not be reissued if deleted, lost or stolen.
