I'm on universial credit and working part time as a Cleaner and self employed,but l would like to go to uni fulltime so l can get better jobs in future and leave my part time job but continue self employment .l also have one child. Would l get santioned if l leave my part time job

You won't get sanctioned if you become a full time student. You would be expected to take any maintenance loans available to you though and after a small disregard each month, the loan would reduce your UC pound for pound. So they divide the maintenance loan between the number of months it is designed to cover then deduct that from your Uc monthly.2
