A relative has just signed up to a contract with RWG.
RWG use Now who use EE.
The phone is a Moto G9 on Android.
It connects OK to EE and can make calls and send texts. The signal is reasonable.
However there is no Data connection.
The SIM preferences show data is using the sim in the phone.
When I put the SIM in my phone it works perfectly in the same location as the other phone.
So it looks like the phone not the network.
Any help would be appreciated. Is it possible the signal is good enough for calls/texts but not good enough for data.
Thanks

Have they tried using it in a different location with a better signal? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
Access Quick Settings:
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the notification shade.
- Swipe down again to fully expand the Quick Settings menu.
Enable Mobile Data:
- Look for the "Mobile data" icon. It usually looks like a pair of arrows pointing in opposite directions (up and down).
- Tap the "Mobile data" icon to enable it. It will light up or change color when it is activated.
Check Settings (Optional):
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network.
- Ensure that "Mobile data" is turned on.
- You can also check here if you have data limits set that might prevent you from using mobile data.
Disable Wi-Fi (Optional):
- If you want to ensure you're only using mobile data and not Wi-Fi, you can turn off Wi-Fi. You can do this by tapping the Wi-Fi icon in the Quick Settings menu or by going to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi and toggling it off.
