PayPal took money without allowing to review

I purchased an item through PayPal on 26 August which was advertised as €34.99 and free delivery. Going through through PayPal process the screen said continue to review your order; the amount to pay was €34.99. I pressed to continue to review. Straight away i seen the amount of €105.99 in the top corner of the next screen. Before I had chance to even check the summary the payment went through. I immediately emailed the seller asking to cancel and also contacted PayPal to report being charged the incorrect amount. I received a transaction confirmation from PayPal for €105.99 but no order confirmation and still nothing. The seller/company has not replied to my numerous emails asking to cancel. PayPal have come back to me saying after reviewing my information and the sellers they are closing the case as the transaction was processed correctly.
Is there anything I can do?
Ive contacted PayPal again letting them know I don’t agree with their decision.
if I’d had chance to review the order id have certainly cancelled. PayPal are meant to be the safest way for online transactions. Thank you

I stopped using paypal when they processed a renewa payment from a company a year after I cancelled within the try for free period and the company was moved to a paypal archive page. I was not even notified that the payment had been made. Paypal would not delete the archive so I now just use my mastercard even where the seller states paypal only. Sorted!

It's a scam, completely fake product, been about for a few years.

It's also blatantly obvious that at least two of those before and after photos have been ludicrously faked - Holly Willoughby and Lauren Goodger.

But if it's a scam, I'd have thought Paypal would want to refund and not be associated with it?

Just post in plain text as I do not think you have posted enough to post links.
As I bet this is covered in their T/C.
Seen this type of issue for years at least 10 that I can think of. There is no cover via either bank or PayPal for these, as the invoice/receipt you get will show the full price.
Do you not think it is odd on the date of the article, being today?

Who is not a Daily Mail reporter.

It's made (badly) to look like Boots' website.

Typical site for this type of product.
Sadly without going through the purchase & entering details no way of looking at T/C.
Best outcome OP can have is they do not turn up & can claim money back that way.
OP also need to check
https://www.paypal.com/us/cshelp/article/what-is-an-automatic-payment-and-how-do-i-update-or-cancel-one-help240
As this will continue each month.. So they need to cancel as above.Life in the slow lane0
