If the club members knew how the bank accounts work they would be very unhappy.
I suggest proper controls are put in place. All cash is banked soon after receipt. And only the Treasurer can buy gifts , in agreement with the Chairman. Or stop giving gifts.0 -

Is the club involved in a regulated sport? Do you have a Safeguarding Officer? Clubmark registered?
