Royal mail have let me down again
Twice in the last two weeks they have failed to deliver goods to me
What can I do?
Nothing - they need a month before I can complain

Your contract and thus complaint is with whoever sold you the goods, not RM.
They will complain to RM as a separate issue to resolving your complaint3 -
It appears that RM have lost two separate items - ordered from different suppliers (nothing to do with each other) - one from Amazon (under £10) - the other UNDERWEAR (£90 worth) from a supplier..They were both picked up by RM - But from that point - they have disappeared !!

Royal Mail is very unreliable in our area. Post is days or a week late. Things that are tracked can be seen to go all over the country. And their customer service is useless.
So much so that I will do my hardest not to have things posted to me.
Where I work we've stopped using post. If a letter is needed and can't be emailed or a small packet then it goes via a courier. It's better to pay £3 or £4 pounds (business contract) getting a signature than experience the mess ups.2 -
Unfortunately it looks as though the Royal Mail service has plummeted. I bought an expensive item from Ebay. It was posted on Monday using a 24 hour tracked service - it didn't turn up until Friday.3

I complained to RM about a missing blue badge and hospital letters as well as obvious cut backs in regular service. I got a very dismissive and rude response. So I wrote to my local newspaper and after the big half page spread, I gave permission for RM's CEO's office to contact me. It turns out that the problem was local to the delivery depot. I have not had a problem since.

I often go for two weeks without any delivery at all
I don't know whether they are not delivering my mail because I don't know whether anything has been sent..........

The RM delivered an item to me (RM Tracked 24) a couple of weeks ago.It arrived next day and was left in a "safeplace", which was outside my front door, in full view of the street (their photo attached).Fortunately, nobody nabbed it; however, if it had disappeared then I would've disputed whether that constituted "delivered" and whether the place was particularly "safe".Just saying the RM may think they've delivered the item, but they're not particularly careful and if they place it like mine then it could easily go missing if someone takes a fancy to it.0
