Hi there ,
I was informed by a friend who works in banking that you can reclaim monthly bank charges if you were forced into using a certain bank . In 2010 , I entered into a trust deed and was forced by Gregory Pennington to use Think money going forward for my banking . I’ve been paying £15.95 now for all these years per month and the monthly fee is now £10.95 . I’m still paying £15.95 ??? They do nothing for this fee and the bank is beyond useless ! Can any one help . I’m looking for a lawyer who can help with this matter.

Start a complaint and see if they time bar itSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
