immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or ‘step’ family).
This Promotion is not open to residents of the Isle of Man.3. Internet access and a Tesco Clubcard account are required for entry. Participants
must have a Tesco Clubcard account in their own name.4. Participants are reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer,
device and/or internet access that is not owned or paid for by the entrant to enter the
Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet or mobile connection, or
other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.5. Promotion appears cross media with one shared prize pool.6. Promotional Period: The Promotional Period is from 00:00 on 1st September 2024
and closes at 23:59 on 22nd September 2024.7. How to enter:
a. Go to 20yearsmag.tesco.com.b. Input your full name and your active email address (associated with your Clubcard
account) and mobile phone number.c. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending
will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt. The Promoter takes no
responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons
or otherwise.d. Only one entry per Tesco Clubcard member.e. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
Incomplete or illegible entries or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or
other automated means and entries that do not satisfy the requirements of these terms
and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that a participant is
using a computer(s) or multiple aliases to circumvent this condition by, for example,
the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses,
using multiple email address and phone numbers, providing fake Clubcard account
numbers, sharing Clubcard details, using identities other than their own or using any
other automated or manual means to increase that participant’s entries or a
household’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants
and their household will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.8. Winner selection:
a. All entries will be placed into a prize draw using a random number generator within 28
working days of the closing date.b. The first 20 eligible entrants drawn will each win an IKEA kitchen and home furniture
makeover and 100,000 Clubcard points prize (‘Winners’).c. The next 20 eligible entrants drawn will each win a 20,000 Clubcard points prize
(‘Runners-up’).9. Winners and Runners-Up notification, claim and verification:
a. Winners and Runners-Up will be notified by email by a third-party agency within 28
working days of the closing date.b. Winners and Runners-Up will be required to claim their prize via email and provide
their Clubcard number within 14 days of notification.c. Any Winners or Runners-Up who do not respond within 7 days will be emailed again
and called on the mobile phone number provided at the point of entry and given a
further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the prize is not claimed,
within 14 days of the initial prize notification date, prize entitlement will be withdrawn,
and the prize allocated to a back-up drawn at the same time as the original.d. It is the responsibility of participants to provide their correct, up-to-date details when
entering the Prize Promotion. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any
Winners failing to supply accurate information that affects prize arrangements.e. Tesco Clubcard will verify that each Winner and Runner-Up is the named Clubcard
member. If a Winner or Runner-Up is not the named Clubcard member, prize
entitlement will be withdrawn and awarded to a back-up drawn at the same time as

a. There are 20 Winner prizes in total. Each Winner receives 100,000 Tesco Clubcard
points. Tesco Clubcard will arrange delivery of the points to each Winner’s Clubcard
account in their February 2025 statement.b. Each Winner will also receive an IKEA kitchen and home furniture makeover to the
total value of £19,000 including installation and delivery costs.c. IKEA will identify each Winner’s nearest store and contact each Winner within 28 days
of Tesco Clubcard verification. Each Winner will receive an initial consultation meeting
either onsite or online with an IKEA interior designer at a mutually agreeable date. The
IKEA designer will plan solutions based on the Winner’s request. The Winner will have
the opportunity to review the plan and request one round of amends. The IKEA kitchen
and home furniture makeover must be completed by 30th December 2025.d. All installation and furniture build services are provided and organised by IKEA and are
subject to the service provider's availability. IKEA will manage prize installation and
build directly with each Winner.e. All IKEA product and service guarantees apply. Please see IKEA Service delivery and

Products - IKEA and General Terms and Conditions - IKEA.f. Service, delivery and installation subject to third-party provider availability.g. IKEA does not offer any building renovation services within its package. The prize

that are not supplied by IKEA. Any work of this kind is at the Winner’s own expense
and risk.h. Any remedial works to IKEA products required after project completion will be
arranged and secured by IKEA.i. If you are not the homeowner, you will need permission from the homeowner or

request evidence of any permissions.j. The prize cannot be shared across multiple properties or households.k. The Promoter will pay IKEA directly for the kitchen and home furniture makeover. Any
funds remaining after the kitchen and home furniture makeover will be transferred to
an IKEA eGift Card sent to the Winner’s email address used at the point of entry. eGift
Card valid until 30th December 2026. The eGift Card can only be redeemed by the
named Winner and is not valid for use by any third party. Sale of the eGift Card for
profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud.l. Initial redemption of the IKEA prize must be on a kitchen and home furniture
makeover. The prize value as a whole is not available to redeem as an IKEA eGift
Card.m. There are 20 Runners-Up prizes in total. Each Runner-Up receives 20,000 Tesco
Clubcard points. Tesco Clubcard will arrange delivery of the points to each Runners-
Up Clubcard account in their February 2025 statement.n. The Winner prizing and Runner-Up prizing is as stated. Prizing is not transferrable and
there is no alternative prizing in whole or in part. There is no cash alternative to the
prizing.o. If a Winner or Runner-Up is not able for whatever reason to accept their prize, then the
Promoter reserves the right to award that prize, if there are enough qualifying entries,
to a Runner-Up chosen at the same time as the original.p. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value
should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.11. Data Protection:

Runner-Up found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Promotion or
entering using fraudulent means, or who the Promoter believes to have acted in breach
of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Promotion; disqualify participants who
make an entry on someone else's behalf; disqualify a participant if they are found to be
in breach of clause 7.b. Where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms
and conditions prize entitlement will be withdrawn and, if there are enough qualifying
entries, awarded to a Runner-Up chosen at the same time as the original.c. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor agencies involved with
this Promotion may be liable to the Winners or Runners-Up, whether arising from tort
including negligence, breach of contract or otherwise for any loss or damage

to the award (including without limitation the installation and construction of the prize at
clause 10(b)) to the extent permissible by law. No compensation for loss of earnings

terms and conditions, or to suspend or cancel the promotion at any stage, in the event
of circumstances that are unforeseen or beyond its reasonable control (including
suspected or actual fraudulent or misleading practices or other breaches of these terms
and conditions) with no recompense to participants.e. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or
otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could
affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of the prizing, and only

Participants may request their surname and county is not published in the event they
