Hi
I've just got apple + TV subscription through Barclays but I'm struggling to find a way of streaming it. I assumed, stupidly maybe, that there would be an android app but no. Tried web browser on phone but no option to cast. Then tried mirroring but jerky at best. My Ps3 and Roku stick are too old. Why is it so difficult. It seems my only option is use my £175 to buy a second hand apple or fire stick. Anybody have any other ideas?
Many thanks

Why'd you need to spend £175 on a FireStick? You can pick new ones up for £35 or £50 for 4K and less in the periodic sales
There is an Android app in the Google PlayStore

Many thanksIt is not "difficult", none of the streamers work on old hardware (your PS3 is at least 15 years old). And there is an Android app, though reviews aren't good for Apple on it:Also https://www.apple.com/eg/apple-tv-app/devices/ might be of interest as to what Apple TV works on, which basically boils down to anything newer than 2018 for the most part. You don't need to spend £175, just get a Firestick off Amazon which are regularly on offer and even when they aren't, they're only about £40 new, or I can see a Roku 4k for about £27 on a flash deal.1 -
Sorry guys thanks for the replies but I wasn't planning on spending £175. The £175 refers to my switch bonus. Gone for the Roku cheers for that.
