Casting embedded video within browser to TV?

Options
May be obvious to some (hopefully because then you can help) but I've literally just tried out this casting thing right now.

How do you cast a video that is being played within a browser - to your TV?

It'll be coming from an iPad or iPhone - so Apple device.
It'll be going to my TV which is an approx. 10yr old Panasonic. I also have the options of going through either Nvidia Shield TV Pro 2019 or Amazon Firestick 4K if those make it any easier.

I've just had a play with YouTube using that as an experiment & I found the square in the top right with the WiFi like symbol within it & it worked through that.

Can't find said symbol when I go to the site that will be playing the video (using Chrome as the browser).
