• By participating, the participant agrees to the content of these terms and conditions.

• These terms and conditions apply to the promotion organised by Rotterdam Leisure Holding B.V. for the giveaway “Win a ski Holiday to Rèsidence CGH Les Cimes Blanches” (hereinafter referred to as "the promotion").

• The promotion is valid for a ski holiday for the winter season 2024-2025 excluding the weeks of 21/12/24, 28/12/24, 15/02/25, 22/02/25 and 01/03/25. No costs other than usual communication costs apply to this promotion.

• Participation takes place by subscribing to the ski newsletter from Sunweb.

• The newsletters are sent by Sunweb Group. Sunweb sends a newsletter once a week with inspirational content, sales promotions, and destinations.

• There is one prize. The prize includes 7 nights (8 days) for up to 6 people on a lodging-only basis (meals not included) at Rèsidence CGH Les Cimes Blanches in La Rosière, France. The ANVR traveller conditions and Sunweb's general terms and conditions apply to the execution of the prize. Sunweb will handle the withholding and declaration of gambling tax.

• Accommodation (lodging-only) and a 6-day lift pass are included in the prize. Other additional costs are not included.

• The 8-day stay will take place between 4. Janaury 2025 and 5. April 2025, subject to availability at the time of request and subject to the condition that travel can be carried out.

• The winner of this promotion will be chosen on 30th of September 2024 by Sunweb through random selection.

• The winner will be personally notified via email on the 1st of October 2024.

• The participant agrees that their name may be mentioned on social media.

• The winning participant must respond within one week after being notified that they are the winner in order to claim the prize.

• Employees of Sunweb Group are excluded from participation.

• The participant automatically grants permission for the publication of the entry and the execution of the prize in the broadest sense of the word, including but not limited to, the use for all possible media, including the internet and weekly newsletter, for an indefinite period of time.

• Participation in this promotion and competing for the prize is only possible if the participant provides their correct details. Sunweb reserves the right at any time to ask a participant to show a copy of a valid identification document.
