Couldn't find a manual for that particular make & model of strimmer - Looks like a cheap generic Chinese made thing.
Using a wire cup brush is not a good idea. You need to be certain that the brush is rated for the RPM that your strimmer operates at. The strimmer also needs to be powerful enough to spin the brush up to speed.
I'd suggest looking at a couple of youtube vids to see what sort of problems you are likely to experience.

That said, if your strimmer is anything like my Flymo, you have to dismantle the motor housing to grip the rotor before the nut securing the head can be undone. Once the head is off, the shaft (on the Flymo) is only 6mm in diameter, so bushings would need to be made before attaching a cup brush - These bushings need to be accurately made or you risk destroying the motor bearings as the brush would be running out of balance. Do you have access to a metal turning lathe ?

It looks like that head is for a "proper" brushcutter with a 25mm pick up as per the description.  It is not going to fit your lightweight model
