UKPC Ticket given but cannot be accessed

Towards the end of July I parked my partners car in a blue badge space without displaying a blue badge (I was taking a group of disabled children to the cinema and I forgot to put it out as I had my hands full). No ticket was put on the car but a few days later she received a Notice to Keeper. She identified me as the driver and provided my contact details including my email address.

Since then I haven't received anything in the post. As I was expecting something I searched my email and I have received two emails on 07/08 and 29/08 respectively. Both are titled "Parking Charge Correspondence". They read:

"You have been sent correspondence. A new document relating to the parking charge with reference has been made available for you. Please click on the button below to view the document". There is then a blue button which says View Document. I have clicked on this and it takes me to a screen which says "Downloading... Download pending...". I cannot access any of the correspondence.

I have read the helpful advice in the forums and would ideally like to appeal the ticket. However, I need to get my hands on it first. I would be grateful for any advice.

Thanks in advance

That means you have already appealed it
  • Sorry, I don't follow. How can I have appealed it? I've never even seen it.

And if I have appealed surely I need to know what those emails I can't download say?
