Universal credit new claim - We will call you

Hi all.
My wife and I just made a joint claim for UC and my wife's ID was confirmed online but then for me before I got a chance to answer the questions it said "we will call you" in the next 2 or 3 days.
Has anyone else had that happen and what did they ask you when you called? How long did it take for someone to phone you back?
I think it maybe because I selected P60 for myself for the identification questions as I get Contribution Based ESA and I get a p60 every year so thought it would be ok to select this. But maybe the system didn't allow that as an option for me and immediately put me down as a we will call you?

Thanks all

Just means they could not verify your identity directly from your online application so they will need to call you to book an appointment in Job Centre so they can see your ID documents.
The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0 -
UPDATE juat got a message saying I've been called into a standard in person appointment next week. But why thought that was the last option, thought a phonecall was the first option?

We got the migration letter with the promise of the transitional protection a few days ago and applied online yesterday.
But how do I know we will get the transitional protection?
Don't think I saw anything when making the online claim about it?0 -
