Are there any points in yourPOPLA appeal that they have not rebutted? It matters not what they show as evidence as long as at least one of your points wins.

I didn't see you used what I advised you to say about gaining no amenity from the site. Maybe it's buried in there somewhere

PE's evidence of signage is neither current, taken on on the day, (night) or in the dark so should be rubbished in your rebuttal.

Their signage layout plan again is just an undated office copy of coloured dots on a Google Earth shot, it shows absolutely nothing of value except where a sign erector was told some years ago where to attempt to place signage, it does not mean they are there now, or were even legible at the time of the event.

Yes I think I did at the end - I also attached screenshots of the ringo showing the parking payment for a very close car park for all night

Okay I thought that was weird that they put them up outdated so glad I should bring it up!
