Parking charge notice st james retail park Northampton

I have just recieved a parking charge for returning to the car park for a 2nd visit within 50 mins of leaving the first time. I never knew this was a thing I didn't overstay parking on either occasion in fact less than an hour for both occasions so I'm expected to pay £60 for returning 10 minutes early,
