Council non dependant rebate - self employed income

Any question bought up by the Benefit checker online , which I was unaware of ...
I am self employed and currently living with my mother who pays the council tax , on the forms it asks to fill in a weekly income for the dependant ( me) but as the money I make is not fixed in weekly amounts but on when sales occur..
Would it be ok to just divide my 2022 - 23 income by 52 as I have not done my 2023-24 files as of yet .
