GOOD MORNING BRITAIN GIVEAWAY AND GETAWAY PRIZE DRAWS: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

 

These Good Morning Britain terms and conditions, along with ITV's General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms and Conditions, available here, (“General Terms”), apply to the Prize Draws (defined below).

 

Who can enter:

 

The Giveaway and Getaway prize draws (“Prize Draws”) in relation to the Good Morning Britain programme (the “Programme”) are open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man; (b) aged 18 years or over; (c) not employees of the Promoter or any other ITV group of companies and STV Group Plc, or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draws.

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

The Prize Draws open and close for entries online via the www.itv.com/win and www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) as set out below:

 

• Prize Draw 1: opens on Wednesday 7 August 2024 and closes at 7.40am on Friday 9 August 2024; 
• Prize Draw 2: opens on Wednesday 14 August 2024 and closes at 7.45am on Friday 16 August 2024; 
• Prize Draw 3: opens on Wednesday 28 August 2024 and closes at 7.45am on Friday 30 August 2024; and
• Prize Draw 4: opens on Wednesday 4 September 2024 and closes at 7.45am on Friday 6 September 2024. 

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

The draw will take place shortly after: (i) 7.40am on the closing date of Prize Draw 1; and (ii) 7:45am on the closing date of Prize Draw 2, Prize Draw 3 and Prize Draw 4. 

 

Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries for each Prize Draw will be called live on air on the Programme between 8.00am and 9.00am, on that Prize Draw closing date on the phone number provided to ITV. Entrants must be contactable during these times to be eligible to win the prize. If the entrant does not answer the phone within three (3) rings or the entrant’s phone goes directly to voicemail, the entrant will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and the Promoter will move onto the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found. 

 

The winner will be contacted in accordance with these terms and conditions and the General Terms. Clauses 5.1 to 5.3 (inclusive) of the General Terms do not apply to this Prize Draw. 

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

To enter, go to the Website and follow the instructions. The Prize Draws are free but data charges may apply (check with your internet service provider or mobile network).

 

There is a cap of one (1) entry per mobile number per Prize Draw.

 

By entering each Prize Draw, you confirm the following:

• You are 18 years or over and are a resident in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man;
• You do not work for and are not related to anyone who works for ITV or STV;
• You have read and accept these Good Morning Britain Giveaway and Getaway terms and conditions;
• You have read and accept the General Terms; 
• You consent to be phoned live on air and for your name, general location, details of the prize that you have won  to be announced in the Programme, on the Website, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at the Promoter’s discretion. This is in addition to the Promoter’s rights under clause 9.5 of the General Terms; and
• You will be contactable between 8.00am and 9.00am on the Prize Draw closing date. 

 

Prize: 

 

For each Prize Draw, there is one (1) prize of £1,000 (one thousand pounds) (“Cash prize”) and a Lovat Parks voucher worth £2,000 (two thousand pounds) (“Lovat Parks voucher”). 

 

(i) Cash prize 

 

Each Cash Prize will be made payable in the name of the entrant only. Payment will be made by same day payment on the date that the winner provides the relevant transfer details to the Promoter (unless delayed due to circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control). 

 

(ii) The Lovat Parks voucher 

 

The Lovat Parks voucher may be redeemed against a single holiday in one (1) of the following Lovat Parks parks: Penmarlen Lodge Retreat, Cornwall; Padstow Holiday Village, Cornwall; Sun Haven Holiday Park, Cornwall; Parabola Holiday Park, Cornwall; Green Hill Farm Holiday Village, New Forest; or Waxham Sands Holiday Park, Norfolk.

 

The Lovat Parks voucher is valid until 30 September 2025. In the event the winner fails to book their holiday by this date, the prize will be deemed forfeited. Please note that any cost over £2,000 is the responsibility of the winner. If the winner’s chosen holiday is worth less than £2,000, no cash exchange will be offered and the remaining of the credit will be lost. Once the holiday has been booked and confirmed, it cannot be refunded, changed or transferred to another person. 

 

The winner must be the lead traveller and must be named on the booking when redeeming the Lovat Parks voucher. 

 

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the holiday.

 

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the chosen accommodation for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform Lovat Parks of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the holiday, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

 

Please note that the holiday is subject to availability of the chosen park and accommodation. 

 

The Lovat Parks voucher cannot be used to book stags and/or hen dos, and against the ‘Weather Guarantee’ extra, travel insurance, any transportation including between the winner’s home address and the chosen park, food and drink, spending money and personal expenses.

 

There is no cash alternative to the Lovat Parks voucher and there is no alternative prize if the winner is unable to travel for any reason. The Lovat Parks voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

Use of the Lovat Parks voucher will be subject to the prize provider of the Lovat Parks voucher’s terms and conditions, which can be found at https://lovatparks.com/terms-and-conditions.
