Canon Maxify GX6050 Printer

Purchased from John Lewis (approx. £375.00), after 7 months the printer developed a fault making it unusable. John Lewis told us to send it to Canon for repair or replacement (would not give me a refund). It arrived at Canon damaged, they say we didn't pack it correctly but we were very careful and consider we did pack it correctly. Neither John Lewis or Canon will replace or refund us - help.

Who organised the return? Did they send a pre-paid label and specify their own courier, or were you left to select, organise and pay your own courier? Were there packaging instructions? Did you pack it in its original packaging?0
