Has anyone on this site ever successfully taken Lastminute.com to Court? If so did you use the 18 Farringdon Road London address? I need to issue a Claim as they promised a refund and have not issued one nor responded to any communication since the offer even the Letter Before Action.

what were the circumstances for the refund...eg if an airline cancelled a flight and you have confirmed they have refunded Lastminute you would probably be easier getting your card company involved.
How long since they confirmed you qualified for a refund? was this in line with the t&cs or could they come back and say you are not due one and it was an error?

And are you sure your contract is with LastMinute UK and not a subsidiary?
A lot of flights/hotel only bookings aren't actually contacted through the UK business0
