If this is the address the website has given you at the application of each, post them separately as instructed ensuring the correct one goes to each, this will have been done for a reason.
Not doing this will likely mean one of them gets delayed or not done at all.0 -
There are 7 different passport offices, you should send them to the one you've been instructed to or you'll add delays as they move them internally.0

No, you should send them to the same office. Put them in Separate envelopes with the correct PEX number for each application written on the outside then put both in a strong (jiffy) envelope and they will be scanned on together0

It might work, it might not, it depends on the mood of the staff member on duty that day
Wherever they are sent they will be scanned into the central system, so there's no issue of 'wrong office'. Smudge's advice can be taken with confidence.

OP - Always remember anyone can post on the MSE forums. Send them to the seperate locations as advised by the passport office - not someone off MSE.

Yes anyone. Fortunately, for this particular subject, that includes someone in a position to know what they're talking about.powerful_Rogue said:eDicky said:mdann52 said:

The staff who open the post and scan the documents on to the system have no idea what office the customer has been told to send them to, so I don’t know how you come to the conclusion that it depends on the mood of the staff. The location is picked at random so there is an even distribution of mail to all sites. The notes for guidance actually tell you to keep them together - especially if there are documents that are required for all the applications .mdann52 said:
