Octopus missing smart readings

I am still missing smart readings in my account and on the app for both electric and gas smart meters.  My electric has not updated since 21 August and my gas is missing readings for 22 August and 24-25 August.

I contacted Octopus today who tried to reboot my meters and said it would take 24-48 hours for the reset.

Is anyone else experiencing this or had the same advice?

    There were issues over the bank holiday period mentioned across the forum.

    Most have started to get the data coming through now.

    I've got a random day missing from 10 days or so ago on my electric readings. Oddly enough the gas reading is there and correct, it's just the electric, and just for a single day.

    Yep, I've missing days, for July, and had no export (solar) credit for 20 days from the July period.

    Customer Agent who is very helpful, did  'reboot' that generated the credit, and a futher 6 days later an invoice showing the amount.

    The system seems to be having a major problem at the moment, for am email I had it stated that a 'bulk fix' would be taking palce, but it did not indicate when or for what fault.

    Advise, check your bills / take meter readings monthly / and photos of the meter readings  'just' in case.

    I had a missing day, just before my last billing date. The readings appeared a few days later but I still haven't had the bill after nearly a fortnight.
  • I only have an electricity meter (oil for heating & hot water)
    I'm missing readings for 2nd July, and from 14th - 19th August

    My electric readings are still missing from 22 August but my gas seem to have reappeared.

    Anyone else still missing readings?

    I have a blank day for export, 14th…. just checked it’s now back on octoaid but not on octopus….hmmm

    Happens a fair bit with my gas meter. I had a gap 18/08 through to 22/08. Contacted Octopus to flag and they successfully re requested the readings. You can do the same if you still have the gap
