Requirements

• Deadline for entries 15th September 2024
• Based on family of four – 2 adults + 2 children (ages 7 – 18 years)
• Contribution of £1,000 towards the flights
• Travel on any published trip date up until 25th October 2025 (departures are during school holidays including Dec 2024 and Feb/Apr/May/Jul/Aug/Oct 2025
• Winner will be notified by 31st October 2024
• Winners will be asked for photographs for media
• Questionnaire will need to be completed

Terms and conditions (from arrangeMY Escape & Explore) 

The tour is non changeable or amendable, non-refundable with no cash alternative. Based on 2 adults and 2 children ages 7-18 years Contribution from arrangeMY Escape and Explore Worldwide of up to £1000 towards the flight costs. The flights must be booked at the same time as the trip with Explore. Your chosen date of travel is subject to availability. 

Once confirmed you must adhere to the booking conditions provided by arrangeMY Escape and Explore. arrangeMY Escape act only as the agent. Explore act as the tour operator.

Any employee or friend/relative of the arrangeMY Group and Explore will not be eligible for the prize.

Tour: Morocco Family Marrakech, Atlas & Essaouira Adventure. (Code FMA) A picture of the winners and arrangeMY Escape and Explore representative are part of the winner’s’ conditions. This be requested after 15th September 2024. 
Winners will be notified by email. We will notify all entrants.

Expenses, charges, optional extra’s and travel insurance are not included as part of the prize unless we tell you otherwise. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance for all passengers.

It is the winners responsibility to ensure all passengers hold a full & valid passport. We can't accept liability for failure to travel due to an invalid passport or other necessary travel documentation and visas.

All entrants are to be aged 18 or over unless any other age restriction is specified or implied. Entrants should, if under 18, obtain permission in advance from their parent or guardian.

All entries must be received by the closing date specified in the competition. Answers will be entered upon submission. No responsibility will be taken for any answers that are misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons, or received after the closing date.

We reserve the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entries to any competition which we consider have used improper technical means to enter and/or we believe is fraudulent.
