Good morning! I did thankfully yes. Didn’t need to get any third party involved in the end, after arguing with the right person at booking.com they finally saw sense and we switched our tickets to the date we wanted without having to pay anything. Lord knows why it was such an uphill battle but Switzerland was well worth it 😁JBomber1 said:Did you ever resolve this?
