Chasing Tradesman / Windows

I had my windows and door replaced, job done and paid and no issues though the Tradesman has not issued me the FENSA certificate. I have tried chasing them but to no avail.
What options do I have?

Check they are registered https://www.fensa.org.uk
Fensa might have a dispute process.
Ultimately you could contact Building Control at your local council and ask them to inspect so that they can issue a regularisation certificate.I am the Cat who walks alone1 -
