I’m not sure what was sent in the defence initially if anything at all as my parent didn’t understand what was happening or what it all meant. I did explain this to the court that I will be acting on his behalf going forward for reasons explained earlier in my post.Mediation was due to take place but the mediation service forgot to tell parking eye and they weren’t prepared so that stage was bypassed completely and moved on to court.0

That order asks for a copy of the defence, the one submitted at the time, not a new defence, so your new version cannot be used
If the defendant hasn't got a copy, ask the litigation team at Parking Eye to email a copy over , ask the CNBC for a copy too, because they logged it and sent a copy to the claimant or their lawyers , but in this case Parking Eye are doing it themselves , in house1 -
I am not sure if a defence was submitted at the time. Is there anything I can do under these circumstances to put a defence forward on his behalf now?

A defence was definitely filed and Manchester court have demanded a copy with tomorrow or Tuesday as the deadline for submitting it
No you cannot submit a different version1 -
ok, thankyou. I will email Parking Eye's Litigation team and request a copy of any defence they have on file.1

It must be done by the defendant, not you, so ensure that the request looks like they are requesting it, once received submit it to Manchester court in the defendant's name, as directed on that court order, attaching an unredacted copy of the court ordersweet_neo said:ok, thankyou. You are assisting the defendant, not taking over. ( You have no legal standing unless there is an LPA in place. )1 -
Ask the CNBC not ParkingEye. The latter might deliberately not reply, to time him out and he will then see his defence struck out.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
