Thanks, yes I have read about consideration period, but then also read that if you leave the car then it counts as "parked", but of course the signs are too small!

Yes add that but remove ALL of this - below - as none of this information is specified in the POC (do not fill in their holes) and your dashcam evidence comes at WS stage:

The car park shows "2 hours maximum stay only" ('see other signs for details' in small font of course) parking to customers (sign at entrance of the car park)
