Home Insurance Northern Ireland (what is going on?)

Home Insurance in NI has seen rises like other parts of UK, this week Tesco's informed me they can no longer offer home insurance for Northern Ireland. I see on all the comparison sites that the key players like M&S are no longer offering quotes. My own insurance on the same house with the same details has one from:
2020 - £370,
2021 - £510,
2022 - £630,
2023 - £647,
2024 - £1910
What are other people finding in NI for home insurance?
Any recommendations?

Hi,
Also mystified. AA home insurance have also stopped insuring in Northern Ireland. Less choice meaning less competition meaning higher premiums. Looks like the regulator isn't doing their job.0 -
This article seems to conclude that the main factor is inflation, although it's hard to see why that would cause the average 84% rise that they report. The OP's costs over the last 5 years appear to be significantly above the average so there may be other factors at play in their case.0
