Morning all.
Such a difference in weather down here in Bucks as the sun is shining brightly and we had a glorious day yesterday.
I got the train to Hammersmith and had a great walk along the river to Putney and then on to Wandsworth Park. Decided to get the bus back and found one that went to Baker Street but it was so busy it took almost an hour and a half! Had a bit of a sightseeing tour though, past Chelsea Football Stadium, all the S Kensington museums, Knightsbridge, Park Lane, Marble Arch etc. After that long sitting I felt a bit stiff so walked to Euston for my return train. Lots of steps done
Today we are off to a Farm Museum, as DH's Morris side is dancing there. I've already been there twice this year so will mainly sit and watch!
Derek/Mehefin; maybe someone will offer to drop you off a casserole or something. It's relentless having to sort out a main meal every day.
Look after yourselves everyone and enjoy the last BH of the year.

Morning everyone,
We had a niceish day yesterday weather wise, I managed to get a few loads of my washed clothes on the line to dry, just a couple more to be washed today. DH and myself also managed to do some work in the garden, I eventually managed to tidy up my planters by dead heading and getting them ready for autumn, I will buy some spring bulbs next week. One nice thing was I discovered some sedums growing in a planter which we cannot remember planting, a nice deep mauve pink.
Today, I will do flylady as our home desperately needs it. This afternoon we may go back out in the garden, although we have earmarked the next two days for garden work, so it may be crochet instead.
Take care, thinking of you all. x

Looks to be a nice day here but there is a chill in the air I woke up cold in the early hours might be time to put the thicker duvet on.
Thank you for all the holiday wishes we are off in the early hours taxi picks us up at 4.15 and then onto pick up sister and her DH hopefully the weather will be a bit warmer out there - I hope so as I’ve only packed summer clothes 😃

Hello everyone
It was sunny after breakfast so I got my fence painting finished. I had two lines of washing out when it started drizzling, so I thought I'd just leave it, but then it started pouring so I quickly got it back in. Now the sun is shining again so I'll put it back out when I'm finished on here....we weren't forecast rain today.
Better news from the hospital this morning - little one had a good night and slept right through and is now up to the full amount she needed to be on, on her feeding pump. Hopefully she'll have a good day today and she'll be back home soon. We're not expecting she'll be back at school next week as her teachers will need to be trained to use her feeding pump - they can do everything to do with her blood sugars but haven't needed to use the pump until now.
Right I'm going to get this washing back out and then it's going to be a lazy afternoon.
Hope everyone has a good day x12
