Cheap energy club - tariff not available

I'm trying to put in my details on the cheap energy club, my current tariff is the Next Pledge Tracker 12m V2 but it's not available in the list. Can anyone advise?

I think all the Next Pledge tariffs are the same in terms of price (3% below the price cap) so it doesn't really matter which version you put in.
