Multiple entries on used car check for BVRLA mileage

Hi have run an RAC check on a car I'm thinking of buying; it was an NHS vehicle since new. My query is why would there be multiple references to BVRLA mileages on the check - ie what does each entry signify - what has occurred to trigger the mileage being reported on multiple different dates? Hoping someone on here is in the know on these things. Also, if anyone has experience of buying an ex-NHS car I'd be interested in any comments. Thank you.

BVRLA's involvement almost certainly means the vehicle was leased. Mileages will probably have been recorded by the servicing garages.1

Thank you for the suggestion. Yes had realised it was a lease vehicle, but couldn't figure out why there were so many references, didn't seem to tie in with servicing dates etc, hence trying to make sense of it.Car_54 said:BVRLA's involvement almost certainly means the vehicle was leased. Tyre replacement, windscreen damage, anything where the mileage might have been recorded but may not be shown in service book as it's not a serviceEStreeter04 said:
