Medical History for Travel Insurance Quote

Under CIDRA it would give the insurer the right to void the policy and avoid the claim but if they decided to check medical history for a baggage claim is another matter. 

A small number of insurers dont offer pre-existing condition cover so they dont ask. In my experience there is sometimes options to decline to have pre-existing conditions covered if the medical screening is done on the phone, haven't seen anyone do so online.
