    This long running thread...

...is usually near the top of the forum.
Surprised you've not seen it.    ;)
It should go a long way towards answering that question.

is it probable that this case will go to court?
    No.  It won't.

It hasn't got far at all and we thought you'd read the linked thread. You can see the exact pattern and anticipate the stage when they give up.

You aren't talking to a Moderator next week.

It's a 5 minute call with a non-legally trained Mediator (and you know what to say because the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread tells you how to play it).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thankyou, I've been finding it hard to navigate to the 12 steps tbh. I've bookmarked the page now.

Its not a moderator, its an independent mediator

Several recent threads about it, if you look, plus the mediation stage is covered either in the newbies sticky thread and those 12 steps you were studying

You offer nothing, no compromise, you want it to go to the court, end of 5 minute call

So once out of the way, of course the case proceeds down the road towards court, but several more hurdles before it gets to a possible hearing, or is discontinued , like the other 444 cases in the Discontinuations thread by Umkomaas
