Is there any hope of getting some of my money back?

We booked a day trip through a Turkish Tour operator.
In the leaflet, it said admission was included, and the agent didn't say anything to the contrary when we booked.
On the coach going to the destination, the guide tells us that it is quicker to buy the admission tickets through him, rather than queue up. Everyone on the bus queried this, saying we had already paid. The guide said we had paid for the coach, guide, breakfast and lunch, but not the admission fees.
He blamed the agents for not being clear about this.
The alternative to paying was a 3 1/4 hr wait outside in 31+° heat. This would be after a 3hr drive!
Needless to say we all paid up. Some people had to go to the cashpoint, as they weren't carrying enough cash.
We paid £126 originally, then an extra £99 to get in (in total for 3 people)
We paid the original payment on credit card.
When we complained, the guide and agent blamed each other. They individually offered a free trip to apologise, but we were coming home the next day, so no use, even if we were happy to accept.
Is there any chance I could claim any money through my credit card company?

If you have proof that the tour you bought included the admission then ask your credit card company to refund or at least partly refund, as you've paid for a service you didn't receive.1

The joys of international travel and being a tourist. No shortage of people who'll happily rip you off.4

What attraction was this? Government-owned sites usually charge foreigners about £20 for admission, so £99 sounds as if the guide was making a few bob for his trouble.
And I cannot believe that the wait to pay would have been anything longer than a few minutes: the Turks are very efficient when it comes to taking money from foreigners.

It was Pammakule. The entrance fee was 33€, so really about £28 I guess.0

When I went it was more like £20 (I paid in lire) and there was no wait at all to get in.
Tour operators can buy tickets at a hefty discount, so it would be surprising if admission had really not been included.

So the £99 was for several people not just you. I was curious as I'm a regular traveller to Turkey and couldn't imagine where they'd charge so much.
That being said, I've never been charged extra (above the tour charge) for a visit to Pammukale or anywhere else in Turkey that I've done as an organised tour.
Do you have a flyer or a website that details what's included? 🤔1 -

Foreign children of 12 and under, are allowed in without payment.0 -
Our guide told us that children under 7 were free. (Our daughter is 10) The exchange rate is all over the shop at the minute, it fluctuated whilst we were there quite a bit. So he charged us the exchange on the day.

If the leaflet states entrance is included, then do a Section 75 claim via your CC provider.
https://samandkelsadventures.com/guide-to-visiting-pamukkale-turkey/- If anyone offers you transportation for a fee to the ancient city and they are not the official ticket office, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We heard from our hotel of many people who got scammed because someone was offering them transportation to the entrance gates of the ancient city. If you’re staying in town you can walk or ask around for the best way to get to the north or south gates.
