Hello all
I sold my car 2 days ago via third party auction.
The dealer before collecting the car test drive and checked everything and were happy.
2 days later the dealer called me and told that engine is faulty And they want to bring the car back and get refound .
I told them that I have bought diferent car and I will not take the car back or refound them.
I looked some reviews on Google and the costomers don't rate them much.
Please could I get some advise as what should I do in this case.
I do appreciate your help.

If you were honest in your description of the vehicle and they were happy when they left then it's their problem.

What you need to do might be determined by the contract you have with the auction house. Check the terms and conditions of the contract. Also check what the auction house tells people that buy from one of their auctions. You might need some professional legal advice. If you have home insurance, check to see if you have legal expenses cover. If you do, you can call the Legal Helpline provided by the insurer for advice. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.3

That mean
If they want to take action against you they must initiate it.
You respond to what they do.
It's a tennis metaphor2
