Service charge at hotel booked as package

Thanks for all your comments. This is definitely a service charge and not a tourist tax. As i have queried this with Tui, they have now sent me an email to make me aware that there is a NEW service charge at the hotel that i will now need to pay.
I am in contact with the hotel and they have told me this is not a NEW service charge so looks like Tui is bending the truth. So I am now ready for battle with them.....wish me luck!0 -
They are trying to impose a retrospective charge of which you previously knew nothing about ?My response to that would be two words, the second of which would be OFF !!!This appears to be the official local government tourist authority - worth an enquiry to enquire on the specifics ?
