Lloyds club account

Options
Hello!
I opened a basic Club Lloyds Account account in June 2014 and found out from Google that in April 2023 they increased the minimum monthy amount to be paid in from 1500 to 2000, I don't remember getting and comms on that but perhaps I did. Anyway, I have continued to pay 1500 each month and the monthly £3 fee is waived, I'm not sure why does anyone know?

With a lot of these things they fail to code it properly for accounts that are currently open, no one complains they are not getting charged so it goes unnoticed or filed in the too difficult bin.

    Can I clarify one thing?
You say Basic club lloyds account - do you have a Basic account? or Club Lloyds account?

There is no basic club account.

Seems the OP has a Club Lloyds account because they correctly mentioned the account used to be £1500 pay in a month.

I don't get why they stated basic Club Lloyds account unless they mean without the insurance  add on.

I don't know why paying in £1500 is still working for OP, unless something else is going on or it's only for newer customers rather than everyone. Be interesting to find out because I drop £2000 in a month

I forgot completely to pay in anything at all last month and they still waived the fee.

I have a sole and a joint club Lloyds account and I forgot to top up the joint account to have paid in over £2k last month. I’ve been charged the fee in the joint account but it’s not been refunded as it normally does.
