Blocked buyer - she then used different account!

I had tricky messages from a buyer who I`ll call Kate. She was querying everything about my listing which were for brand new loafers with tags.. She had seen them for £10 cheaper , would I accept a much lower offer etc.
I decided to block her when the messages became more irate and forgot all about it.
Now I realize that ` Kate` has bid on the loafers but used a different account.
Has anyone had this before?

That sounds like a problem buyer
I would block the new account too4 -
Hi I will block her but she`s only now received the loafers so I`ll see if she leaves feedback and then block her.
Is it worth reporting her to Ebay? She is entitled to search for the listing using her 2nd account but it does feel quite intimidating.0 -
No, I don't think she is.janb5 said:Hi I will block her but she`s only now received the loafers so I`ll see if she leaves feedback and then block her.

There is (or at least, used to be) a option in the cancellation process to say a buyer was using a different account to bypass a block.2 -
I have reported her to Customer Services and on the Community Forum. I can see from the tracking she has the loafers today. She will not be getting feedback from me. I explained to CS that in my opinion the person should be blocked as otherwise this problem can recur.
I do wish Ebay would let us know the outcome to such complaints tho`!
