How to contact Customer services of HSBC UK/JLFS

Other than phoning, how do I write/email HSBC about a John Lewis card dispute - can’t find any contact details other than a phone number and they don’t give you an email address. I have a complaint I need to put in writing

Maybe people are struggling to understand why you want to contact HSBC about a John Lewis card complaint?

But if it's HSBC you want then googling HSBC Complaints and the first result is the complaints address.

You can log a complaint over the phone. It is faster & may get resolved on the call.

email contact is not a option, as there is not way to confirm that you are a customer.

The above address is for the current NewDay card.

JLFS is no more and the responsibility was transferred to the mothership so you just have to contact/write to the main HSBC contact now.
