Ending ESA claim

It was ESA and it was March 2022

Due to mental health ESA are trying to allow you more time, but if you don't engage at all, then a Decision Maker could decide to end the claim
And if the claim is ended, you cannot start a new ESA claim and if you needed a benefit claim it would be Universal Credit. And under Universal Credit they would need fit notes for a new Work Capability Assessment. Or if no fit notes weekly Job Centre appointments for 13 weeks, then fortnightly appointments.
I would suggest that you contact ESA to inform th about current health and that you would not cope with new assessment at the moment
The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.2
