Ending ESA claim

    Due to mental health ESA are trying to allow you more time, but if you don't engage at all, then a Decision Maker could decide to end the claim

    And if the claim is ended, you cannot start a new ESA claim and if you needed a benefit claim it would be Universal Credit. And under Universal Credit they would need fit notes for a new Work Capability Assessment. Or if no fit notes weekly Job Centre appointments for 13 weeks, then fortnightly appointments.

    I would suggest that you contact ESA to inform th about current health and that you would not cope with new assessment at the moment
