Failed High Street Group Investment

We are one of the many unfortunate victims of this Investment scam who have lost large sums of their life time savings.
The Group went into administration about three years ago. InSolve Plus who were dealing with the Administration have just declared their failure in achieving its purpose at a collosal sums of Administration fees. Not sure where this gets paid from. Creditors have been informed that they will be contacted by the Official Receiver appointed.
All this while,a number of Financial recovery companies have been contacting creditors like us that they can recover the losses with 'No win No Fees' basis. InSolve Plus advised us not to respond to such claims.
Any advise?

Those that have been scammed before are easy to scam again.   Its like the gift that keeps giving.

Don't respond to more scams or those aiming to take a chunk of your money for doing nothing.  They cannot get you anything extra.  They just leach onto any recovery that may come in the end.

It won't be no win no fee basis even if they claim that at the start. If there isn't any money then it doesnt matter who you pay or ask they still won't be able to get anything back.
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

Write off the investment and treat any recovery as a bonus.

Change your phone number, email address, and any other contact details that are in possession of the scammers. All your contact details are on a suckers list.

As others have said, anyone contacting you claiming they can recover your losses is another scammer. Can you guess where they got your contact details from?

They get paid out of any assets that can get salvaged. There is a pecking order for this money and the Administrators are almost at the top of the list, beaten only by secured creditors with a fixed charge. I am afraid you are quite a long way down that list and since few assets can be recovered you should not get any  hopes up about getting your money back. The predatory companies saying they can help should be ignored.
