Credit report from abroad

My wife and I are applying for a mortgage in Ireland. We lived in the UK for 22 months and the bank wants a UK credit report. I happened to do a credit check while we lived in the uk so can access an up to date one, but my wife didn't. It seems impossible to get a credit score without a current UK address. Even if we fudge it and use the old address, Experian is requesting that my wife send two proofs of address dated in the last three months which she doesn't have.
Any idea how we might sort this?
