Rental car associated with apparent non-payment of toll and added admin charges!

I have a question that relates to a car I rented at a airport about this time last year. The Company in Q. were all over the place said I'd crossed a toll bridge without paying the toll. I use this Company all the time when I fly in. I honestly thought I'd paid toll but about 6 months later the car Company emailed me telling me I owed 2 out/inward bound bridge charges! At 1st they said I owed the toll charge on 1 direction and then changed it to 2! (2 UTN's- (PCN's)). I sent after sending 20 pound to Drivalia UK- which an agent have said that was what I owed- apparently this is what was supposed to have been sent to Merseyflow - who made no mention and were happy. Drvalia UK have since pursued me for 110 -55pound way admin fees! and has passed this on to Wrights Recoveries UJ trading name for Red 2 Black Recoveries - It took them 4 months to inform me of this Drivalia Uk - I dont think I should be paying any admin of 110 - couldn't even find paperwork 1st time I contacted them to ask them about toll charge!!

Nor do we. So don't.
Ignore debt demands. Yep, ignore.
However, you could reply stating the sums are punitive, disproportionate to the real cost and if they think they have a cause of action you'll see them in court. The £55 per bridge charge was never known nor agreed as part of the contract because it was not prominent (front and centre of the vehicle hire contract). Lord Denning's 'red hand rule' applies and these sums were never known about let alone agreed. And to charge it twice is extortionate profiteering.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
